Job Responsibilities

The Analyst, Org Effectiveness & Change (OEC) is a member of OEC’s cross-functional ‘flex’ team—an agile group of individual contributors who provide operational support across all service lines within the Org Effectiveness & Change (OEC) function, including organization analysis & design, change management, employee listening, and performance enablement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with OEC leads to provide the following types of support across service lines:
    • Org Effectiveness: Develop org design and operating model visuals. Analyze org data and develop initial recommendations for improvements.
    • Employee Listening: Develop surveys and qualitative feedback mechanisms, analyze data / interpret results, and produce reports.
    • Performance Enablement: Develop materials to outline processes for HR and Management teams; provide reports for Executive reviews related to performance and talent management.
  • Develop and deliver engaging, professional content across multiple formats (e.g., presentations, videos, comms, intranet pages).
  • Ensure content aligns with organizational tone, branding, and strategic goals.
  • Participate in the intake process for new OEC support requests by capturing key project details and stakeholder needs and completing ongoing status documentation.
  • Research industry best practices and trends in organization effectiveness, talent management and change management, summarizing findings and providing recommendations to OEC leadership.
  • Apply creative and analytical thinking to develop content, solve project challenges and contribute to a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • BA/BS in business, communication, organizational development, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2-5 years of experience in content development, communications, instructional design, or organization development.
  • Working knowledge of how organizational development, talent management, and/or change processes impact an organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Experience with various survey platforms and project management software (specifically, Smartsheet).
  • PowerPoint and Excel proficiency required.
  • Workday experience preferred.

  • Customer/Business Acumen: Shows ability to learn the business context of data/projects and consistently demonstrates knowledge in project activities and deliverables.
  • Leverage Strengths of Others: Uncovers and highlights opportunities to engage different levels and roles and include them in project actions. Advocates for the employee experience and contributes to a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Project Mgmt/Leadership: Delivers outputs on time and to specifications; includes time for internal review(s). When directed, sets timelines and milestones, and maintains work plans. Checks own work for client-ready quality before sharing.
