Job Responsibilities

  • The Project Specialist in the Project Mangement Office contributes to the Company’s business operations and initiatives, ensuring the Company’s Trusted Process™ methodology, project management standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and implemented consistently; Contributes to positive change throughout the company through effective participation in continuous process improvement and ongoing programs; Executes deliverables that support business operations
  • Creates and delivers communication to functional areas to support business initiatives.
  • Planning, creating, and communicating internal project/initiative timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met and that the project stays on track
  • Develops tools that are provided routinely in support of overseeing business operations
  • Support departments by providing tools, reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical project management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations
  • Experience with SOP, GCP, and country-specific regulations

Certifications:

  • Certification in Clinical Project Management or related field preferred
  • Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification preferred

Necessary Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
