Job Description
Lead financial oversight for complex projects by delivering precise variance analyses, insightful reporting, and strategic recommendations that empower leadership decisions. Partner with project teams from initiation through completion to ensure accurate financial setup, compliance, and continuous improvement. Utilize advanced analytical skills and strong business acumen to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and drive portfolio success.

Qualification Preferences
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of relevant finance experience; project accounting in professional services preferred
Proven ability to perform thoughtful analysis and solve complex problems
Hands-on experience with corporate accounting systems/software
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Access
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a high level of motivation
Demonstrated capability to manage confidential and sensitive data
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines
