Job Responsibilities

Job Summary

The PMO Finance Analyst is a key contributor to financial transparency, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across all programs. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who transforms complex data into actionable insights and collaborates effectively with stakeholders.

Job Description

Lead financial oversight for complex projects by delivering precise variance analyses, insightful reporting, and strategic recommendations that empower leadership decisions. Partner with project teams from initiation through completion to ensure accurate financial setup, compliance, and continuous improvement. Utilize advanced analytical skills and strong business acumen to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and drive portfolio success.

Qualification Preferences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of relevant finance experience; project accounting in professional services preferred

  • Proven ability to perform thoughtful analysis and solve complex problems

  • Hands-on experience with corporate accounting systems/software

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Access

  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a high level of motivation

  • Demonstrated capability to manage confidential and sensitive data

  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines
